What Do the Symbols on the Touch Screen Mean?
The Touch Screen displays a range of symbols to help you understand your device. For example, one or two horizontal lines blinking eight times indicates that the battery is discharged.

Pause Mode
Pause Mode allows you to pause your experience for up to 8 minutes and resume it later*, helping you avoid wasting your SMARTCORE STICK™ if you are interrupted.
Benefits of Pause Mode include:

- Better stick usage
- Greater value for money
*Only available in Performance Mode, during the first 3 minutes or 8 puffs of the experience. When pause is activated, Performance Mode gives adult users up to 2 consecutive experiences, with pause available for only one of them.
FlexPuff
FlexPuff adapts to your individual usage patterns and may add up to 4 extra puffs**, providing a more flexible experience compared to previous IQOS devices.
Benefits of FlexPuff include:
- An adaptive experience for enhanced enjoyment
- Optimal stick usage and longer stick duration
- Improved value for money
**FlexPuff activation and number of puffs depend on individual usage patterns. Extra puffs may not apply to all adult consumers and/or experiences. FlexPuff does not activate when Pause Mode is used.
FlexBattery
FlexBattery allows you to manage your holder battery by switching between Performance Mode and Eco Mode, depending on your preference.
Performance Mode
- 2 experiences of up to 6 minutes with one Pause Mode available
- OR 3 consecutive uses of up to 6 minutes each with no Pause Mode
Eco Mode
Eco Mode can be activated via the IQOS App. This mode limits the holder to a single experience of up to 6 minutes and may help extend battery lifespan. Pause Mode is not available in Eco Mode.
What Colours Is the IQOS ILUMA i PRIME Available In?
IQOS ILUMA i PRIME is available in four colours: Garnet Red, Midnight Black, Breeze Blue and Aspen Green.
You can personalise your device with a range of IQOS accessories, including Wraps, Doors and Ring Sets. Accessories are available in various materials and colours, such as Premium, Leather and Sensory Texture Wraps, as well as premium Ring Sets.
All customisation accessories for IQOS ILUMA devices are compatible with IQOS ILUMA i devices.

IQOS ILUMA i PRIME is designed for use with SMARTCORE STICKS™, such as TEREA and LEVIA. These sticks are heated from within using the SMARTCORE INDUCTION SYSTEM™, delivering a clean experience with no tobacco residue and no need for cleaning.
Only SMARTCORE STICKS™ are compatible with IQOS devices. Using other tobacco sticks may damage the device.
