Why is my IQOS not charging?

How to troubleshoot your IQOS charger

If the lights on your IQOS charger are not pulsating or turning on when the device is charging, this may indicate that there is a problem with the charger itself. Then do the following steps:

● Plug the IQOS charger into an electrical outlet for at least 20 minutes. Use the provided charging cable (link to charging cable, shop) and AC adapter. Do not charge in the computer’s USB port as the computer does not have enough power.
● Reset your IQOS charger by pressing and holding the start button until all the lights start blinking.
