Clean your IQOS

You should clean your IQOS 3 DUO daily with the special IQOS cleaning tool for it to work optimally. Remember to clean both the holder and the lid and make sure that the device has cooled down before you start the cleaning. Never use water when cleaning your IQOS and be careful not to damage the heating blade. In our FAQ you can read more about how to clean your IQOS and how to best take care of it.

The result of science and modern technology

IQOS 3 DUO is the result of many years of research and technology. A regular cigarette reaches very high temperatures when its tobacco burns and that creates smoke in the air. IQOS 3 DUO is a smoke-free alternative to cigarettes and it uses a so-called HeatControl technology. Inside the IQOS there is a ceramic heating blade, which heats the tobacco in a controlled way and ensures that the tobacco is not being burned. Since the tobacco does not burn, a vapour is formed and that gives an experience similar to when you smoke a cigarette.
