To shop on IQOS.com, you must be over 18 years old, and in order for us to verify your age, you need to create an account.
If you shop in an IQOS partner store or through an IQOS partner, you do not need to create an account, but you must be able to prove that you are over 18 years old.
You can register directly on our website, in the “Login”/ “Register" section, by selecting "Sign up".
You will be asked to provide a valid email and password, personal information such as your name and date of birth, and you will have to verify you phone number via one-time-passowrd (OTP) code.
If you already have an IQOS account, click on "Login", then enter the email address and password you set at the time of registration. Forgot your password? Click on "Forgot your password?" To receive an email that will allow you to create a new one.
By signing up for our newsletters and other communications, you receive first-to-know information and offers about IQOS*. Select the checkbox under Communication in "My account" to accept. You can easily unsubscribe if you no longer wish to receive information from us.

*Please note that this does not include news and offers of tobacco (heatsticks).
When you register as an user you get to try IQOS for 60 days (simply return it for free if it's not for you) and:
  • 1 year warranty- 10% on all accessories.

If you register your IQOS device within 30 days of purchasing it, you may also be eligeble for:
  • 1 extra year of IQOS warranty coverage for manufacturer defects.
  • 2 years of Accidental Damage protection – reserved for IQOS ILUMA i PRIME users (1-time replacement within the total warranty period).
  • 2 years international assistance in 65+ countries

If you purchased your IQOS device on our website, it will be registered automatically, so you can start enjoying all the benefits right away.
To register your IQOS, go to "Your devices" under "Profile" and click on "Add device".
For all purchases of an IQOS on IQOS.com, your device is automatically registered when it is shipped. You can see your devices under "Your devices" in your profile. If you need further help, please contact IQOS Customer Service.
No, you cannot depute your Service and Benefits to anyone else because this is based on the unit's registration and warranty date.

IQOS Service and Benefits is valid in the country you applied for, this does not necessarily have to be in the country where you bought your IQOS.

No, your warranty only covers electronic devices, which only includes manfacturer damage to your IQOS ILUMA holder or your IQOS ILUMA charger.

IQOS.com provides you two ways in order to sign in.
  • Α) Email and Password
    The first way to login is by entering your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the “forgot password” button or login with your mobile.
  • Β) Mobile Number and One-Time-Password (OTP)
    The second way to login is by entering your mobile number and a password that we send to you via SMS. Please keep in mind that the mobile number should be registered in your account and be verified.

For updating your email, you can visit the “Email Address” section and click on the “edit” icon. After changing your email address, click on the “Send Verification Email” and save the changes. In order to verify your email, check your inbox and click on the email verification button.

For updating your password, you can visit the “Password” section and click on the “edit” icon. After confirming your current password, you can set a new one. If you have never set a password in the past, you will be asked to set a new one.

After logging in, please navigate to "Profile" and then "My Address" to change your address.
Please proceed as follows:
  • 1. Visit IQOS.com and log in to your account.
  • 2. Navigate to "Profile" and click on “Delete account”
  • 3. In the “Remove account” area, you’ll need to check the checkbox to confirm you wasnt to remobve your account and then click on "Remove account".

You will recieve a confirmation email once request was processed.
If you have registered on IQOS.com and have given your consent for marketing communication, then you have to opt out.
Simply, go to your IQOS profile, by selecting “Profile” and tick off to unsubscribe from marketing communication at the bottom of your. profile page.
If you’ve already registered your device, you can find the device number online in your IQOS profile.
Alternatively, the device number can be found on the bottom of the original packaging for your IQOS device.
Yes you can, provided that you have already created your account.* If your device is not registered yet, once paired with the IQOS app, it will be automatically registered under your account. The app displays IQOS devices that are registered in your account even if they were not previously paired with the app. Pairing your IQOS device enables to:
  • adjust settings to personalize your IQOS experience
  • ensure device functionality in case of minor malfunctions
  • view device usage

You can pair more than one IQOS device with the IQOS app. If you have not yet registered the device, you can do so while pairing. The device will be automatically registered to your account.
You can register more devices in your IQOS user profile. In your profile, go to "Your devices" and click on "Add device".
