Customer care will repair or replace any components which are defective in terms of material or workmanship when used in accordance with the associated IQOS User Guide and which are subject to a valid voluntary warranty claim. The provisions of this warranty are only valid for 1-year in the country of purchase.

The warranty applies to all consumers in 1 year from purchase and means you can get a new device if your current one is defective in terms of material or workmanship.

Accidental damage coverage provides all consumers with registered device the comfort that even if you accidentally damage your IQOS device, we'll replace it free of charge.
